Information for participants with oral presentations:

PC with Windows PowerPoint 2007 are provided at the conference locations. Speakers should upload their presentations at least one hour prior to the start of the session.  Mac notebooks will not be available, but speakers may connect our notebooks for presentation.


Information for participants presenting posters:

The posters may be displayed during the entire meeting and are open for discussion.
The board for mounting posters are 135 cm wide and the maximal height is 195 cm.
The poster can be fixed with pins that are provided.
